Doesnt work. Period.

I followed the steps on the website and they said to open this app. Much to my surprise it costs money, on top of the pricey computer application. After opening it, it does not show the same screen as shown on their website, nor does it connect at all as promised. This is a literal scam. Don’t buy it or the computer application, they don’t work. 0/10 I am filing a chargeback.

Please do not buy this product if you have the application running on your laptop you simply use the casting feature on your iPhone enter code and your casting make sure your on the same network do not use at work as sometimes business network might block these connections.

You do not need to download to use reflector software. Go to website help page for info on how to connect phone to computer!

Can’t connect to my Mac , total waste of time and money . The previous version worked

I downloaded and promptly deleted the app. I did not establish an account. One month later was charged with no easy to find information as to why

I contacted support - explained the steps and issues and they dismissed me - paid for it on iPad - PC - they do not refund.

If you are like me and you don’t have a degree in advanced engineering, you require apps that are simple and easy to use. This app is not one of them. This app requires a network connection to work perfectly between your iPad and computer. I have fiber optic wi fi that is extremely fast, but it just wouldn’t connect. I tried a dozen times, and it just kept giving me a network error message. I would not invest money in this app at all. I wish they offered refunds...

I paid the fee 6.99 with the idea that I could share this with my desktop. Still hasn’t connected to date. On top of that, support is telling me that I have to buy the 14.99 reflector desktop on top of that. Save yourself the headache and find an alternative solution. I just mirror my desktop now with zoom.

I have used this app in the past and it worked OK. Now I can’t get it to connect no matter what I try. I am running Reflector Director 3 on my computer. I know my devices are on the same network (I can ping my iPad from my PC). This just needs to work without chanting and without voodoo

I thought I was trying free for 7 days. Waiting for refund. Hoping it works. It crashes. It’s choppy. It’s hooked to the same network with no issues.

I wish I would have trusted the other review. WASTE OF MONEY. Does not work at all after hours of trying with different networks. Pathetic. Wish I could get my money back.

I want my money back. These morons don’t know how to code. All devices are on the same network in my office and it still can’t connect. This is ridiculous. I have other software apps that cast just fine but this one seems to have trouble for some reason.

This app enables the iOS to remotely manage other Refector 2 connected devices. This does not allow the iPhone or iPad to pair with the Reflector 2 host. Thus no presenting from the iPad itself. The "Reflector Student" app is what I was looking for to "direct" or show a presentation from my mobile device. Without a device to present with, this app seems to crash the desktop Reflector 2 application.

Doesn’t work. No way to get a hold of the developer for support. What a joke. Apple should pull his app.

i wish i had read these reviews before i bought this. i cant even get the half of it that is supposed to be on the computer on the computer so i don’t even get a chance to try this and then be disapointed, i just threw my 6 bucks away.

Takes a while to connect the iPhone to android. Just give a screen shot of the iPhone...wow

This system is so unreliable that I've become visibly angry when I attempt to use it. (Something I paid good money for) I've only ever gotten it to actually connect once or twice. I've tried so many times, given them the benefit of the doubt the first few times it simply "couldn't connect" and I've never gotten anywhere close to getting reflector to work properly. Please do not waste your money, the developers definitely didn't earn it.

Wow this app is pathetic tried to mirror screen on different devices and still had issues getting of and phone connected. I wish I could get my money back! If your looking for a mirror program look at LonleyScreen.

This app worked fine prior to the latest update. Upgraded my phone crashed immediately, now upgraded the app and still NOT WORKING, works maybe 1 out of 5 times. HELP TECH SUPPORT, this is terrible!

All it will do since the latest update is crash the instant a remote device tries to connect. 100% of the time. But that is progress; at least my iPad Pro can see the reflector app and attempts to connect. That's a first. What a waste of money.

I was excited to get this app to have ppl see me play Pokemon go and I can't talk on the feed😡 and also you have to be on wifi to work and it can't be xfinity wifi. I was very very disappointed and sad that I can't live stream to show ppl how the game really works

This app, while it does work, does virtually nothing important and it is a disgrace that you charge any money at all for it. Do not download under any circumstance, not worth the money, wish I could get a refund! You don't need this app at all it's all from the computer, NOT THIS!

Does not connect, searches, crunches, but does not connect. Simple need to connect iPhone to Mac. Garbage!

The app is not connecting to my Amazon Fire so I want a refund

I needed a way to do video reviews for Amazon showing off items that included an app component. After searching fruitlessly for a while I finally stumbled upon this app and computer software. I was a little discouraged by the reviews saying it didn't work, but I gave it a shot anyway. And I'm glad I did! So far I haven't had a single issue. The on-screen mirroring on my PC occasionally gets laggy when I'm mirroring something graphics-heavy, but when I play it back after recording, it's always synced perfectly. I'm not sure what issues others are having, but I'm not having those same issues. I was able to set up the program, get it paired with my phone, and start mirroring within minutes. My only gripe is that after purchasing the software on the computer, I never received a serial key. However, they make it really easy to obtain your serial instantly with no wait time, so I am not too bothered by it. I will say I wish that after spending money on the PC software I didn't also have to shell out for the app. Perhaps in the future, consider making it all one package.
